Whole Grain Strawberry Pancakes


Whole grains are a great example of nutrient dense foods that can keep you fuller for longer.



















Wet Ingredients

  • 6 oz of Vanilla yogurt

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp Canola oil

  • +Strawberries


Dry Ingredients

  • whole wheat flour

  • sugar

  • baking powder

  • baking soda

  • salt




You can also use your microwave with

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced baby spinach

  • 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 sliced grape or cherry tomatoes



Peanut Butter Banana Pockets





















Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter

  • 1½ teaspoons honey

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 4 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas

  • Oil or butter to coat the pan
